BORCULO CDI FOAL AUCTION CONTRIBUTES TO SPECIAL EDITION OUTDOOR GELDERLAND DRESSAGE GALA

Last week we presented the beautiful collection of the new Borculo CDI Foal Auction. Now just over a week these top foals will come under the hammer on Saturday evening 6 July during the Dressage Gala at Outdoor Gelderland. We can already say that it’s going to be a special evening, with an attractive program filled with sport and breeding, which is appropriately themed “Like father, like son, like mother, like daughter”.

All of this brings us a unique event. Beside the presentation of the six foals with their dams, we will also see several of their sires in action! The presence of three of them has already been confirmed. Imposantos and Ferguson (both with Bart Veeze) will be ridden under saddle, Painted Black will appear in hand and Anky’s clinic will be a homage to him. GLOCK riders Edward Gal and Hans Peter Minderhoud will also give their contribution to this summer evening event and it’s still a surprise which horses will accompany them. Booth at Outdoor Gelderland
People interested in Foal Auction Borculo can also visit our booth (no. 21) during Outdoor Gelderland. The employee(s) present can inform you about the CDI Foal Auction or one of the other three Borculo auctions, especially the upcoming Borculo Elite Foal Auction. This two-day auction is scheduled on Wednesday 28 (jumping foals) and Thursday 29 (dressage foals) August and will take place at PSC Lichtenvoorde in Vragender. The selections are already done and there is information available about the 2019 collections of this 40-year-old auction.
New: live auction online
If you’re not able to attend our auction on site, all the action can also be followed at home through the ClipMyHorse.tv live stream. And as of now, potential buyers can make a live online bid on a foal. This new feature goes for all the Borculo foal auctions. Bidding is possible after registration on our website. Following registration users receive an email for account activation. The username and password may be used to make a live bid during any auction.
Some useful tips to take into account when bidding online:
- It is advisable to log in approximately fifteen minutes prior to the auction.
- Bidding on a foal is possible when the organisation has online activated the foal. This happens when the foal comes under the hammer.
- The order in which the foals are auctioned is announced on the auction day and differs from the catalogue list.
